I think your first problem is you have some kind of infestation. Looks like aphids, and also not sure what the worm thing is but I'm pretty sure they eat rotten plant matter. There is a lot of gray mold in the air this year. at this part of the plants life when they are so far into flowering the only thing you can do is to try and cut out the mold. If you are more than 2-3 weeks from harvest you can treat the mold with a solution of hydrogen peroxide and water 1:1 ratio. This will oxidize the mold and prevent it from spreading. Also some fox farm insecticide on just the leaves, not the buds, will keep the bugs away, but don't use within 2 weeks from harvest.
