Have you found any anthers on the plant? If there is no pollen, there will be no seeds.
The calyx are supposed to swell. Thats where the bulk of the trichomes grow. I wouldn't squeeze them. If the flower were pollinated, the seed will split the calyx as it matures and you'll see it.
Take some time to research the growth and reproductive cycle of the plant. There is so much information available for free with a simple google search. Get yourself educated and answer your own question next time. It is totally worth it.

Those aren't male flowers, notice the pistils coming out of them. They calyx usually begin to first show that shape in spots just like the one you're showing - middle/lower plant on the underside of the buds.
In the past you've most likely pulled a bud from a bag to smoke - you pulled a piece from the stem and a small calyx was left over, right in the crotch of the stem. That's the same exact thing you're showing us.
