Help find a dtw timer!? 4+ cycles at +-10sec duration.

Im having trouble finding a timer that will run more than 3 cycles and allow me to choose the duration with seconds. Can someone please suggest an off the shelf product?

Im ready to just whip up a sketch and Arduino/relay it.
