had my partner check the grow she said there were small white (centimeter)
worms almost translucent in the rockwool cubes she adjitated plant and they went to surface. help please!

Sounds more like Symphilids if they're 1cm long. Check MNS's sticky in this forum for some pics of common bugs...

well if it is what you say the BT kills them both

fungus gnat in larvea stage are like you discribe...i've had both....symphilids there only a mm or 2...
