HELP!! build in 3days finish grow in 12 weeks.PLEASE! grapefruit easy bud sourdiesel

i have a free space that is almost risk free (inshalah) up until the end of may. i have to act quickly to take advantage of this. i would apreciate all the advice you could give me.

any input is grately apreciated


seeds:

female seeds: i have the choice of the whole line.

easy bud and grapefruit i think will give me the possability of some premo while giving me the stupidity clause of easy bud

also have a sour diesel plant 2 week in veg and nigerian landrace satvia 4 weeks in veg

space:
2' x 3' x 3' h or bit bigger ( advice here please)

lighting:
125 w or 200 w ENVIROLITES or 250 hps ( dont want to deal with the heat issues of a hps if i can avoid it)

soil: biobizz all mix

what is the best method to grow sog (soil) scrog (soil) ?remember grow is from seed

how many plants can i fit in this space?

how much ventelation do i need to have?


i know these are newbie questions but with so little time to get this up and running i need all the help i can get

fire is somthing i cannot risk any advice on fire safety?

i will in the flower stage have a carbon scrubber but any other stealthy ideas would be great - not that its going to start a fire but just sayin .....much much stoned now ...13 months and going

Don't try to do too much, keep it within reach. There should be a floro / micro growin
section. KISS, keep it simple stupid.

At 3' high you mean taking away the space for pots and ballasts and lights? Even so,
stick with an indica dom plant that won't stretch too much and will flower in 7-8 weeks. I have a flower room, but built a flowering box with 2 foot t-12's and t5's.

Ballast reflector, lights, will still cost a bit. Search around for lumens and wattage differences between the t-12's and the t-8's. Check the micro grow section.

The t-12's and t 5's are working great for me. But I have a flower room with a 600 watt for finishing.

if you only have 12 weeks it might be wise to just do a SoG grow so you can get them done in time and hopefully dry and cure them for a couple weeks. If you're growing SD, i think thats supposed to take 10 or 11 weeks? You should strat whatever you have on 12/12 after the second week at the latest if you're startin some from seed. If you've had some vegging for a while already you should think about just sticking them straight into 12/12 now

I would go 12/12 asap on the SD and the other sativa you have, else you wont have time for them to finish.
