Hey everyone.

Some plants are starting to show these signs, but typically its just this one plant that has it the worst (by far).

Maybe somebody can chime in. I will post a detailed Cannabis Infirmary thingymcbob if someone is needed, but I am hoping there is someone on here who can help identify my problem as they have seen it before.

Thanks.

2nd picture is what they begin to start out like.
1st picture is the aftermath.

There are a lot of things I have heard about what you are going through, everyone thinks it's something different ie; low ph, magnesium deficiency (caused by low ph), fungus, wrong nutes, wrong temps, gnats, possible chloramine in the water, etc.

Personally, I think it's the plants genetics itself. I had a few plants do that about 2 years ago, and because of it I changed everything about my grow, new medium, new nutes, spot on ph, bottled water, cleaning the whole room with bleach prior to planting, foliarly feeding of mg. And for the next 6-8 grows all was well. Just to test out the new system I planted the same strain again (to prove to myself that I had conquered the problem), and the same thing happened!! But only to those plants, the other ones are all beautiful.

If you're looking for a definitive answer to what's going wrong, I'll bet that the strain you are growing simply has some form of virus, or blight incorporated into the plants DNA. Try a different, stable strain from a good breeder and I'll bet you won't have that problem again.

without getting to technical. i would say some calmag would help her...
then make sure your giving her proper ph adjusted water...
which im sure you are...
good luck

Sup ToughGirl, I really appreciate the response! The reason I think you were having issues with one strain is because it was more cal-mag (or whatever the deficiency it was showing) hungry then the other plants.

The only reason I say this is because I have some of the more stable genetics there is made by Serious Seeds, one of the best breeders around.

I think it may have been a lock-out issue. Ive been PH'ing my tap water and feeding it to them on non-feeding days.

I am going to give them all a little bit of nitrogen tonight because some of the leaves are starting to yellow, the FloraNova series is derived from cal/mag so hopefully that helps too.

Here is a picture of a lady that isnt having as many issues, just a little yellowing from lack of Nitrogen.

Tried it. Used cal/mag and epsom salts on different occasions, both directly in water and foliarly. I tried everything basically, but to no avail. To me it doesn't look like a deficiency, more like a fungus. Look at the under side of the leaves (when they first start spotting), if it's fine and the damage is only on top, it's not a deficiency. Also look at the yellowing around the spots, that doesn't say deficiency to me. The problem is, is that plant will be done flowering by the time you can do anything to fix it.

If you figure it out, and fix that plant, please let me know what you did it. Because I've seen this again and again in threads, but nobody (I've seen) has ever totally corrected it. I gave up on that particular strain, it was easier.

If thats Bubblegum, it's strain specific. I've had the same weird problem before... could be ( I NEVER VERIFIED THIS) a Boron deficiency... Eyewash is made from Boric Acid..... you could try some of that. That strange leaf scorch was the main reason I quit growing the BG. I loved the smell and taste!

Certainly could be a virus or fungus, too...... not your Ordinary Problem, if you ask me.

I don;'t have much time to get into details, but it looks like your plants are getting burned by nutes or and pH going out of wack. I can come in here and post a better post tomorrow; just though I would drop in real fast,

Thank you for dropping by.

The brown spotting really makes me re-think the nute burn. Is that common?

I have been using REVERSE OSMOSIS water, and switched to tap water last night and tonight for some supplemental cal-mag.

PH 6.0

Thanks again
See you all soon

Well, it's not Nitrogen, that'd show on lower leaves.(on the third pic)

The one's above look like calcium deficiency caused by low pH.
And some burning and twisting caused by too much nutes, causing low pH.
