HELP! Bag Seed Indoor Soil

I've been growing this for about 40 days from a random bag seed, its been at 20/4 with three 27w(150w regular) daylight CFL's. the bottom 2 leaves turned yellow about 5 days ago, and the stems are going a bit red. I added a fan 2 days ago because i thought it needed air circulation (red stems), its on low but mayby its too much wind?. Today i woke up and all the leaves are sagging badly and more leaves are now yellow. i have been using 30-10-10 NPK ferts, every 3 weeks. the pot is about 1.5 foot wide and 3/4 a foot deep, mayby its root bound?? Please look at the pics and let me know what you think. help me save my baby!

i dont think its overwatering. its probably magnesium defeciency caused by lockout. thats a lot of N in that fert you got. try watering with just plain water for a while, and add a little epsom salt when you water next time. like a teaspon per gallon of water. mix it till it dissolves before you water with it. also what are your temperatures like, make sure its not also too hot in the cabinet.

somtimes overwatering can cuz the ph,to drift outa range....need me info. lik how u water how much, how often ,how do judge that? check your soil ph too?...ph of water? an ph of ferts mixed with water?..moon/put back from which you have taken....

wuts the ph? ....
im not sure, i dont have a ph meter im trying to do this with minimal spending but if it is on my list of things to get. any good models? cheap?

wuts the feeding schedule? .... i have been feeding 30-10-10 powder with water, only past 4 weeks i have fed twice.

how ofter do u water/how do u test soil for moistness?....
i usually water 2 cups of water every 2 days, the top inch of soil is nice and dry by then. but today i felt the bottom of the pot and it felt moist so im going to wait an extra day for water. + try to get some epsom salts.

also does anyone think the fan could have done this??? it was on low and the leaves shook a very little bit from it. i was just worried about temp. and air circulation.

how could a big pot affect it?? it was fine for a 2 weeks in the new pot.

wind isn't causing your problem here, but are you using an oscolating or fixed fan? (try to find one that spins back & forth).

Also, what are your daytime temps?

Go to wall mart and get a cheap ph/moisture/light meter, like 10-15 bucks. surefire way to know when to water. ph strips only cost a couple bucks, collect and test some ofthe water that comes out the bottom of the container.

yea i have an oscilating fan ....
Swweet thanks for the wall mart tip i thought those things were like $80. im going to pick one up tommoro. ill let you know the results. Thanks alot everyone.
i am using tap water aswell, the Cl might be hurting my plant right? bottled water should be better right?
I took a pic of my main stem, there is a weird looking white part... any problems with that??

you dont need alot of ferts,to grow bag weeds, too much ferts.,wat type of soil mix u in? ph is too high, water an soil.magnesium, can indicate a interferance of nutrients, can be cuzd by ph being to high, wrong watering can lead to that,somtimes..try to adjust water ph down,or find a brand of distilled water who has a low ph,6.2-6.4.people do use tap water,it can be done s long as ph is correct.some peeps who,s water ph is 7.4,add 1/3 peat,1/3 perlite,1/3poting soil, ths includes prfert. soils to.one way to avoid a problem geting biger,is look for any signs somethings wrong, also the time it takes the soil to dry,if that gets unusal..one thing the ph of distilled water can drop from 6.4-ph 6.0 i weeks, for new person, just adjust water ph of tap water,be more safer..just edited..moon/

Still need help... thanks for all who have helped so far!
My plant is doing alot better now but some older leaves + youngers are still going yellow (pics included at top). I bought a bunch of Ph testing stuff and im now using water with 6.5 ph to water with.. no nutes rite now.

could the effects of over fertalization still be in the plant even though its been in new soil now for two days?

could this be caused by the plant using these leaves for food?

this couldent be from underwatering could it? im first time grower and im afraid to overwater, im using 1/2 a litre every two days sound good? top 3 inches of soil are dry after that time.

could the temp being to high do this? its around 80F.. dont know moisture.

Pics: you can see close ups of old and new yellow leaves. + top growth has a slight burn on it(last pic)

2 days ago.. after repotted and fixed the wilting.

looks like the roots arent that healthy. mine did the same thing almost. due to overwatering. to check stick finger in bottom of it. top may be dry. lil tip if u don't know few inches of rocks at the bottom of container will help. hold out on the watering till she wilts alittle. then hit her with fresh water. wait till she dry. then feed and go from there. if your mix has peat in it will hold water longer. peat retains water bad/good. peace i smoke i rant

I've been having some similar problems lately and I just flushed and repotted as well. Hopefully it clears up soon but it hasn't yet. I noticed when I repotted that the roots didn't seem as healthy as they usually do and, from what I can tell yours don't either. I wonder if that could be part of it?

^^Really? I always flush well and then have a fan(on low), blowing across the top of the soil to help it dry a little faster.

How do you mean watch it?
