HELP Anoyne ever encounter this??

a while ago i Received weird phone texts- for example i would get a text saying it was sent at 4:09pm when the actual time is really 4:02 pm, and they were sent from friends numbers i was talkin to and in contact with. But the way they were worded OBVIOUSLY not my friends writing. I would text a friend, and then i would get their response, which sounded like them, and then at the same time the message i described above, usually with the wrong time stamp on the message. I wish i had saved the texts on the phone, but they were asking me things like "hey i got the so and so you want" or do you have any smoke, my friend that grows it outta town and i need some"

Around the time i got these wierd double messages, i think my phone was being tapped, i have no way of knowing that for sure, but there was definitely something going on fishy with the texting.

My question to you guy is have u ever gotten text messages from friends numbers that obviously wasn't their style of writing, or anything else weird along those lines.

Btw the company i worked for at the time (which i think was possibly money laundering or at least started with dirty money),there was a girl that worked there i used to smoke with that told me she and her boyfriend grew- she brought that up several times. Also there was another guy at the same company that screamed grower, but i dont know for sure.

My first though was the Rico laws and that someone was using me to try to get a bigger fish, like someone at my job.

This was really scary a first to me so any help or comments are appreciated

don't do nothing around drugs...smoke them in private...and only with your trusted friends...don't do any illegal thing for a while so the situation calms down....this tricks happend to some friends and they did like i said to you to do....and the messages stopped and they don't have any problems....

yeah i would never text anything regarding drugs...i know that if someone(leo) wants to obtain your text messages, they are there for the reading.

Yeah never incriminate yourself in a text message. Especially not within the European Union because all text messages are required by law to be stored by the operator for at least a year!

Think about it.. call a dealer that is monitored just once and the cops might read all your messages from the last year. Even if they can't be bothered to read them all it's very quick and easy to search for certain keywords since it's all text..

This happens in Socal a lot... cops will arrest an evil do-er and use their phone to phish through their contacts for more busts.

exactly. That was what was really weird to me. They would come like a few seconds apart, and the fake message usually had the wrong time listed for when it was received

I knew a cop that had a laptop which he was able to send a text msg showing any number that he wanted. Someone could have made it seem like it was from your friend

You want to know if they are tapping your phone? Don't pay your cell phone bill for a while and see if it gets cut off, chances that they are tapping your phone have drastically decreased. When you make a phone call talk about some non drug related things like baseball or the weather for around 60 sec. They(Leo) have to hang up after a certain amount of non-pertinent talk if they obtain any information after the allotted time the evidence will not hold up in court. Go find out from a lawyer how long this allotted time is, then record the first part of your BS conversations with records of the time and date and transcripts of the conversation. I know this stuff seems paranoid but I would rather jump through some extra hoops and be a free man than not worry and be in a human sized cage.
