HELP amending clay soil

I would really appreciate some advice on how to amend 3 foot wide by 2 foot deep holes with clay soil. I need to amend 30 of these holes so cost needs to be considered.

The ground I will be planting in is made up of a lot of clay but the worms seem to love it. Either way it holds to much moisture for my liking.

I want to run Tom Hills soil mix at 1/2 the amounts for each hole.

Would 20 pounds of gypsum, 2cf of perlite, and a bag of happy frog mixed in with the native clay soil be enough to loosen it up and make it good for planting???

Any thoughts are appreciated,
:thank you:

I would add compost, peat moss, and either composted rice hulls or perlite for aeration. Organic matter like compost and peat will help breakup the clay and improve texture. You could always mix your own organic soil mix and then just use it 50/50 with your native soil in your holes.
