Get some mosquitos bits or dunks . Research them on Google . They contain BTI, you'll never see a fungus gnat again . You can sprinkle them on the top of the media or keep some in a mesh net inside the resovior . Each time you water you are putting BTI in your media the larva eat it then it's game over . If you have a few fliers then I'd think you have larvae in action giving you twisted leaves and reproducing . Sticky traps on each pot will deal with the fliers .
