We know one plant is sick; but can you please "explain" what is wrong with the plant? How is it sick? What problems is the plant showing?
From the pics you provided I see nothing wrong with them.

Oh, that is light bleaching, move the light up a little bit; it's getting strong amount of light, which destroys the chlorophyll.
What wattage of light are you using?

So move the light up a bit and you will be fine. Those leaves won't recover though.
From the pictures you posted; it looks like it's the tallest of the plants in your grow.... so move the light up a bit; and if it's up too high get some pots or a wood piece and prop up the rest of the plants so they are level with the rest of the plants.
