Help-1 to 1 and a half weeks left, some seeds in plants

I have some girls that are in their last week or week and a half of flowering(trichomes are starting to turn white). I discovered one plant getting full of seeds, and a couple seeds in some of my others(seeds in 3 of 12, so far). I took the one full of seeds out of the room(garbage i guess). I've examined all the plants and haven't seen any sign of hermies anywhere, so any ideas what's up? This far into flowering, do i have to worry about the plants that had a couple seeds only? Should I trim out the seeds or leave them in for the remainder of flowering? Thanks in advance.
P.S. I tried taking pictures, but i'm too shaky to get a clear shot. Trust me though, there's a fair bit of seeds in the one I removed, and only about 6 seeds approximately(that I've found) in the other 3 plants. I also see no sign of hermies, but this is my first grow. Are they overly hard to detect?

There was no need to take it out. The damage is done. It would still be good to smoke after removing the seeds. Better luck next time.

If mold and PM aren't an issue go into the room and mist the plants with tap water when the lights are out. That will at least stop anymore pollen from finding its mark. If your actually seeing seeds though the plant was pollinated some time ago and that male flower is probably unrecognizable at this point.
