HPS 600 w
3 x air fans tube
Humiditer 5 l Max 75% hydration

To be honest, this is my first box and I would like to ask you what I can improve.
I have 8 autoflowering and 8 indorsors, I know I have to split them into two boxes, some plants have leaves falling off, I don't know if it's from watering, can you give me some advice what I can do and what kind of conditioners I can use?

What can I use for Co2?
Which filter do you recommend?
Which plant food i can use ?

That mostly depends on what substrate and type of water you are using.

Tap water at a ph of 4. That is VERY acidic. These plants like a ph of around 6ish. What type of PPM or EC levels? Nutes get "locked out" or become unavailable to the plant at extreme ph levels
