So I lost everything I had this past monday, A group of 3-4 kids with guns, bats, and masks raided me for everything I had. They got lights, seeds, clones, over 2lbs of bud, a bunch of boomers, everything. Ive decided to call it quits in lieu of all this mess, I just hope Karma plays a huge part in these guys lifes. Not to mention not only did they leave me with nothing, but they left me w maybe what may be a broken rib, I just havnt had time to get it checked out yet. It was nice while it lasted.

No one knew about what was going on, and it wasn't a large operation what so ever. The weight had been around in a safe for a while it wasn't something I recently grew. My guess is these kids were staking out a hydroshop in the area and followed me home and just started doing little stakeouts. I never toss anything in the trash, I have an incinerator for that, and I most deffinately never brought anything up to anyone. The kids were between 18-21 years old, Young adults maybe I'd be better saying.

The guns they also came at me with made me believe they still live with their parents and borrowed their guns. There was a 45 which was aimed at me the entire time they were going through shit, and there was a 30 odd 6.... I mean who committs a robbery with a gun thats going to knock them back 5feet?

Sorry to hear that man. Stupid motherfuckers. I don't suggest you kill them but if you can find out who they are you can drop an anonymous tip that they've got weight. I don't think it counts as snitching when someone robs you.

Several teens of similar demeanor pulled such a stunt here a decade ago. One was buried under 6 feet of soil, and others were sentenced.

Some parents wanted to blame the grower (it couldn't possibly be that they'd raised some socio-paths with no sense of boundaries). The grower was not charged with cultivation in the local case. Self-defense.. ;^>)

Sometimes karma comes more quickly than others.

I've wondered about this. If you have a grow, does the presence of your guns make it a worse crime if you are somehow raided or caught up in this lame situation? would it somehow interfere with the state MMJ laws? I have a small personal grow, but I am worried about protection for other reasons (kids, wife) and was shied away because I have a couple plants or what not...Can I own a gun safely even if I have a plant or two?

PITTSBURG, California (AP) -- A senior editor for PC World Magazine was fatally shot in his home in what authorities said Wednesday was a drug-related attack.

Rex Farrance, 59, the San Francisco, California-based magazine's senior technical editor, was shot in the chest after four masked men broke into his home Tuesday evening, Pittsburg police said.

The assailants also pistol-whipped Farrance's wife, Lenore Vantosh-Farrance, 56, a registered nurse. She called 911, but the attackers fled before officers arrived. No one has been arrested, officials said.

"We have substantial reason to believe that the victim and his wife were involved in the possession and, potentially, the distribution of illegal narcotics," said Pittsburg police Inspector John Conaty, who declined to specify what type of drugs were involved.

The couple's son, Sterling Farrance, 19, blasted the police assertion that they were involved with illegal drugs, saying he grew and stored medical marijuana at the home with his parents' permission.

"I have a prescription. I'm a patient. It was medical," Sterling Farrance told the San Francisco Chronicle. "This one officer I remember at the house, he had this predisposition to think it was all illegal."

Colleagues at PC World described Farrance as a fitness buff, rock-music fan and a dedicated husband and father who excelled at his job.

"We're all in shock here," said Denny Arar, a PC World senior editor. "Rex loved his work. He really cared about covering technology in a way that was useful for readers. He cared a lot about people, period, including his co-workers."

No Offense guys, I feel where you're coming from. People close to me at one time caused me to lose 10yrs worth of mothers because of a similar situation. I know where the get away vehicle lives, I was able to get out of the house in time to catch it peeling away, got the kids name, age, drives a 2005 caddy, like some 60k car... kid lives w/ his grandma.... Got an address, couldn't pull up a phone # for it or I would have called his grandma by now, I dnno... potassium perchlorate and german aluminum could make a nice dent in his caddy...

And you do that and you dont get any of your shit back and just piss off people who robbed you and will get your ass kicked. This might be ugly and frowned upon by most members but....if you want your shit back and these fuckers to learn a lesson do this.

You know he lives with grandma. Stake the place out, wait till he leaves and go in to the house and get granny. Tkae her with you, then call the kid who robbed you and tell him its time for an exchange. Tell him you want your lights , your herb and $1000 in cash in the next 60 minutes. Dont give him alot of time to think of callin cops or think of a plan.

You need to also make sure that you are at home. And that a friend has granny, not you. Just in case cops are called you are at home with an alabi. Its extreme but remember, they held you at gunpoint. So return the favor. dont mess up his car. cars can be replaced or fixed. You only have 2 grannys.

Difference btween a warning and making an example. People seldom heed warnings, but they do learn from example. time to make it ugly on em if you ask me

Go right up to the door, and ask for the kid. When he comes to the door, tell him that you have camaras that show him robbing you with a gun and besides that you can ID him. Then tell him you want your money, plus 4 grand a pound for the pot or you are going to the police. Tell him you arent going to mention the pot and the lights and if they say anything about it, you are denying it, and that you are only going to say they robbed you of cash. Tell him then that if he isnt at your house within 2 hrs, you are calling the police and having him arrested for armed robbery. When he gets there, beat the hell out of him.

BTW, I am not buying the story of how they found out. Are you sure you didn't sell some to someone who told them about it?

dude, if they stole EVERYTHING and you have no traces of illegal stuff in your house, just call the cops dude. tell them he performed an armed robbery and assaulted you and you were able to catch the license plate. cops come snooping and find guns, grow equipment, and 2 pounds of weed.. he's done. take karma into your own hands.

if all else fails, fuck up his caddy, i wouldn't give a fuck how much shit he took from me if i had the satisfaction of knowing i totalled the pricks 60k+ car. and when i say "fuck up" i mean, baseball bats and spary paint. and maybe take a shit on the hood for good measure.

around here this happens all the time. I know one grower was killed and his body was left on the street after they crushed his skull with a bat.

they are usually young people sometimes older groups that rip grows. There are groups that make all their income by ripping growers. They go around looking for signs that a house is a grow up.

if you grow and sell then you are always at risk for getting ripped. If you don't sell then you should not have a huge grow in your house and have to be smarter about not alerting rippers of your grow.

Wow man i am really sorry that happened to you . If i was you i would move far away and set up another grow. I don't think revenge is a good idea here you are only going to perpetuate more violence/bad karma. Also to the guy asking about guns, in California having a gun with you during the commission of a felony (growing or possession of weight) adds 5 years to your sentence. I personly hate guns and feel that no good can come from them but that is a little off topic.
