Height Issues

So I run coco DTW, but I have a slight problem.

I use 3x3 trays and I have 3 of them. Last run I drained my single tray into a 27 gal res and pumped waste out with a sump pump.

This run however i wanna drop the height of my table(s)(3 this round not 1) so I can let my girls get a little bigger,

BUT to do this ill need to drop the drain table down to the point where the point where the 27 gal container wont be able to fit under the tray.

I wish there was a small sump pump i could put in the bottom of every tray to pull the water out and then just put my ladies up to keep them above the waste water level. That'd make it so i could put the trays directly on the floor.

Anyone have this problem or any suggestions? Of how to lower the tables and still get the water out ?

Ive tried to think of ways to get the 3 small res's to drain into one main res and having the main res pump water out. (so i can use the pump I already have)

It really doesnt take an experienced grower to answer this, it just requires a little brainstorming. But right now I'm drawing blanks

Thanks in advance guys

I would keep your trays off of the ground just high enough to allow you to install an elbow fitting. Plumb each of the trays into a container with a flat surface bottom and use a condensate pump to evacuate the water.

Something like this Little Giant Condensate pump. Has a small little float in it.

Heck.. if you are doing it manually you could just do as you describe. We put our 4x4 trays up on 4x4 beams with a 2x6 on top of the 4x4 beam. This elevates the tray just high enough to install a 3/4" drain fitting... a small section of tubing to allow the installation of a 3/4" elbow... which will then carry the water from all trays to the drain (or in your situation 1 smaller rez to house your pump for removal).

Thanks alot, elbows make sense but I still have to find a way to keep all the water moving downward with the trays that low to the floor
