these are a friends plants. i am doing him a favor but Im pressed for time or I would just use the search and various links...
It started on the bigger plant that has been flushed and transplanted...new growth seems ok.. its also on a seedling ....I need help diagnosing and solving the issue.....So if you can help please do,It will be much aprieciated.....

possible neem oil burn? it can burn THE FUCK out of your plant. always do 1\2 strength

i dont think its thrips....I think its either burn or a deffencey just not sure which....

you do have bugs mate.....i'd better do swomething about it...they are almost eeatig the smaller one...

Im glad they are not mine then..I would never let it get this far in my garden......

can they transfer like mites do....so if i were there taking pics..would they ride with me to my garden?

def looks like thrips. the black specks are fecal matter. they basically suck the plant dry.

thats 3 for thrips....so should i worry about my own plants getting infected.
do they hitch rides like mites do?
 
yea, they could already be in your grow room. Id spray all the plants in veg now and keep an eye on it. There are different effective pesticides to do this. READ UP.

Thankfully, thrips dont kill your plants as bad as spider mites, but you dont want them in there.
