heat wave in so cal last few weeks, HELP

Hello all

James here with some problems Id like some assistance on. I have some girls vegging, well HAD, they are now in flower. This heat wave we had in so cal really kicked thier butts. I have ALOT of burnt leaves, and wilting going on and what looks like some kind of leaf disease.

These girls are cloned off of original clones and the soil they are in is half recycled part of me thinks THAT may be an issue....... Im not sure if thats the cause of some of my issues? but i figure any additional information could help the pros guide me in the right direction.

So what i would like to learn is, now that I have em in flower, how do i bring em back to health? so i at least have a halfway decent late harvest? Also if anyone can tell whats going on with my leaves id really appreciate the help. I had em in a green house with several fans going and the door open over the last few weeks, now they are essentially in the open but i have a small enclosure i use to cover em at night for full light depo ( we have security lights in the back ). I keep it pretty well vented at night to avoid any mold issues.....

so any help?

thank you all in advance!!!

If your deck is hot the container you rest on it may cook your plants. I can not rest planted containers directly on my deck for this same reason as it is over 100F here quite often.

Your #2 pic looks like heat damage to me. Most of the other pics have the look of a pest, mites are possible as ponocrookedbrah suggested. Could def be a combination of heat+bugs.

Hello all,. and thank you for the responses.... ill try to address em all now.....

i did check for mites and didnt find any, a sprayed em down good a few weeks ago before flipping to flower...

the containers are a mix of some fabric pots which are about 5-7 gal each and 20 gal hard sided pots.

they are resting on brick, not a deck, but kind of backed up against the wall divinding my house my my neighbors.....

so to update everyone. I kept the 2 GSC, NYCD and Purple Kush, i trashed the small fabric potted ones since they were doing the worst. these 4 are doing better than the smaller ones. I just cant help but think in retrospect i should have never recycled the soil. I took the soil from my last grow, cleaned it out pretty well and mixe3d it 50/50 with the new soil and amendments I bought.

does any one know much about issues popping up with recycled soil? or trying to grow a clone of a clone?

There is nothing at all wrong or tricky about growing a clone of a clone (of a clone of a clone of a...). They are clones, and by definition they are the same plant. As far as recycled soil, I can't help you there, other than to say there is a whole school of people who do recycled soil, and several threads on the board to prove it. (You have to know acronyms though to find them).
