Heat stress?

~fvk~

the Lion is going Guerrilla...
The edges of my fans are slightly curling upwards. I have my 400 watt metal halide probably about 14 inches from the canopy. Other than this they're growing great and it's only affecting the smaller ones. The bigger ones are thriving so I just want to be sure before raising my light an inch or two...

Thats a classic heat stress sign but not to bad and they do seem to want a little more N .

I'd raise the light a little for now until she gets bigger and tougher. You could burn her now, especially if she gets taller. 400 is a lot of light for young plants.

I'll go up about an inch or two and see if they like it better. Core - I'm only going to go up to a tsp a gallon. Last time I went up to a tsp a gallon of EJ grow they started showing nitrogen toxicity and slightly burnt tips so I brought it down to 4 ml a gallon. This was like maybe 5 days ago. Thanks guys. Peace.

and i used two 400W CMH lights from the start....:muahaha:
and as you can see i have had no problems so far. as i keep my fingers crossed.
although i think i have everything dialed in.
so on the heat stress i would say if you havent already added an ac unit you should do it. You wont have the heat issue anymore. Happy growing.
