OK so growing in a garage in Florida is not going to go well for you once the temps start to rise...
Anyway, I had a couple of clones in flower for about 10 weeks. The buds were shaping nicely, each clone had 3 colas about the size of two bic lighters and they were starting to pack on a little weight.
Then the heat hit...
It was about two weeks in 95+ degree temps. I was watering every day to keep them hydrated, but it didn't matter. I lost one of the big clones and several smaller clones. The only things that really survived unscathed were my moms (?). I bought a room A/C unit and now have temps around 78 deg 24/7.
The question I have is: the one clone that survived is now thriving again, but it has started to stretch and put out a shitload of new caylxes with fresh white hairs. Has the plant started it's flower cycle again? There is no frost on the new leaves or areas of growth. I am really confused on the timing of where I am in this plants flowering cycle. I'm gonna let it go and see what happens, but I would like to hear if anyone else has heat stressed a plant to the point where it just "started over" in flowering? Oh, and I have gone over every millimeter of this girl looking for bananas, and I didn't see any (yet). If there aren't any yet, and conditions are now optimal, I doubt it's gonna hermi now.
Thanks for looking and thanks in advance for your opinions!
