Heat stress or overwatering?

this one has the leaves curling underneath the plant, these pics are about 10 minutes after being transplanted.

this guy has leaves that are curling in all directions, im not sure if this is overwatering or heat. Soil is FFOF with 20-30% perlite and dolomite lime. Been adjusting ph to 6-7 and usually watering every 2 days, i slowly add water and when the first drop came out the bottom i stopped.

the temps well, thats the hard part, no one has answered my questions in my grow thread so im not sure what temp reading to go by. The unit i have has a probe with it, and when i set the probe DIRECTLY on top of the unit, the readings may be as much as 6-7 degrees different. One will read 72(probe) the unit says 79.

heres a pic of the two of them, unit temp is saying 80, but the probe said 74.

Lastly a couple random pictures to help anyone advise me further.....

what light are u using and how far from the tops of the plants is it. Any ventilation? Watering every two days seems a tad bit too often. mines are about ur size and i water them ever 3-4 days depending on how dry the soil is.

over water... you can see that the top of your medium looks moist (at least to me) imagine how the bottom 1/2 inch looks.... let em dry out, see if they perk up....

Could be transplant stress.
It's better to transplant into a moist soil and not water them for a few days.
Just leave them be for a few days the soil should have enough in it for a little while, from what I've read the OF is pretty well ammended.

the soil should look moist, because i took those pictures about 2 minutes after i "watered in" the top portion when i transplanted.

im using a 400w light in a cool sun reflector, its about 18 inches from the top right now.

does anyone have an answer as to the temp readings? right now the probe says 73, and the unit says 80.

Leaves will get that kind of crap on the bottom from resting in/on the medium too.

looks like overwatering combined with ph instability. If ur using tap water, try letting it settle for a day before using it. Also start on light nutes if u havent already. hope this helps.

p.s ph instability may cause leaves to twist.
