Here a little recipe of my own called "Hazerls' Chocoffee Cookies" (recipe for 12-14 cookies ; Preparation Time approx. 15min ; Dough rest-period 30min ; Backing Time 15-20min ; Difficulty: simple)
Ingredients:
160g flour
80g cannabutter
50g sugar
10g honey
5g vanilla-sugar
1 teaspoon Rum
20g dark chocolate, rasped
2-3 teaspoons soluble coffee
a cup of coffee
Preparation:
1. Mix the flour, cannabutter, sugar, honey, vanilla sugar, chocolate soluble coffee together until you get a very sandy dough
2. Now add the rum, knead the dough, it gets more and more smooth
3. Now add one teaspoon of brewed coffee, knead it
4. Repeat step 3. until you get a smooth dough, (if it is sticky, it is to wet and you have to add a little more flour.
5. Now you should be able to roll a ball; put it 30min in the fridge to relax (you should also relax now)
6. Take the dough out of the fridge, form 12-14 cookies and put it in the oven at 150°C for about 15-20min. (depends on size)
7. Ready to take off
