got some bud labelled to me of a dealer as haze, ive never smoked it before so im not sure its definetely haze but here goes the report anyway

to look at this bud looks really good, it has a carpet of small crytals and is light green with yellowy hues on appearance id give this sample a solid 8
smell
this specimen has sweet but sour smell with a slight hint of citrus smells really good 7/.5
taste
when it first hits the tongue the smoke is smooth and creamy with a hint of sweetness, on exhale u get a hint of citrus, on taste i give a 9 kinda weed you just keep skinning up with
high
this shit gets you blazed a real creeper high but with a really clear head about 5 mins into my second spliff i was that blazed i leant back and burnt a hole in my coat that was on a rail
im generally more into heavy eyelid inducing weed so high 7.0-7.5
overall id say 7.5-8 definetely a nice change

Sounds like a haze to me.My favorite Sativa for sure,hands down it has an amazing taste and smell.Cant forget that high either.

I doute its a pure original haze as its got a woody/leathery/musky aroma to it and i doute anyone who sells weed would grow it as its not commercially viable because of its piss poor yields and 16+ weeks flowering time.
It's proberly a haze hybrid of some kind like SSH or NL5 x Haze.

i always thought haze tastes "soapy", funny, thing this kids puffing a pure sativa, infact one of the best sativas, and rates it a 7 cause he wants to be smoking an indica lol

I get a spice-y taste with some citrusy tones to it when I smoke some types of Haze. Kinda taste like a strong type of landrace sativa, some of the heads around my way say its kinda 'sessy' and they call it the 'Lime' or 'Lemon'.
Whenever I get the Haze from dealers it definitely is quite sticky and when breaking up a bud you think will be enough for a spliff, it somehow isn't enough and I'll have to add more. Very stinky almost incense like.

I have only gotten the "pure" haze you describe once. I was 15 at the time.... it has been a while since I've seen anything that amazing. Like in your picture, the crystal coating however, it almost looks like there is fishscales on the bud from how much trich coverage there is. Super light green and yellow buds with funky tiny hairs. Very little stem. We only were able to get a sample of it once from a Puerto Rican kid my friend knew in Boston. This stuff was omnipotent for sure. 2 hour minimum surging high that creeped and crept its way through your brain and body. Totally debilitating stuff that ended with a harsh harsh harsh comedown followed by immediate pass out. We ended up smoking a g of this stuff in a sitting. And that was a big mistake. We were way too young to understand what we had gotten ourselves into... I long for something that intense high these days... So I smoke bubble hash instead =) But ya, thanks for reminding me of such a great night by showing me that pic. Peace be with you.

Whats a haze high really like having heard stories of experienced smokers going out for a night in the damm and loosing themselves and getting sick. Almost sounds like a whole new smoking experience or just a lot of tourist hype.
Some say its the sativahigh you are after. low yielder but High quality? ok

when i lived in amsterdam,i used to think the high from all weed was exactly the same..

but then i got the taste for haze....its a very tasty smoke...much better than most weeds...

after a while of smoking haze non stop...i started to get edgy paranoid....i was not able to look customers in the face...it was a very weird feeling...i thought that i had become supa sensative to weed.....id smoke one joint and be useless for hours...i actualy got scared of being stoned,but i was adicted to the taste....very weird

then i relized it was because haze is so strong....

so there you go....i can see how peeps get sick ..an freak out

haze is mega..in taste..in high.....that sh1t makes you twich and less confident in yourself...so strong......its good if you can handle it!!

Haze is in a class of its own. Every time I smoke it it feels like my first highs from some 15 years ago. Of all weed I've tried (well, not that much really ) only the Oaxacan gold can compare to the quality of pure Haze. This christmas feeling with mystical touches...

And btw, sometimes if I smoke more Haze (more than the single hit I need) I get a very strange sensation in my mouth - as if I have touched my tongue with a 9V battery.... a taste of matalic electricity that stays for 15min and more after smoking. Anyone to have experienced this?
