Has anyone been raded and not faced and not faced any charges? I ask this because i live in the UK and this happened to me one year ago and havn't heard anything since. I have also been pulled over and there is no warrents for my arrest

i haven't but one of my buddys got raided after receiveng cubensis spore prints. he had like 20 plants under 500w hps, stealth room and i don't know how they didnt discover it.

check statue of limitations. my nephew got a drunk driving ticket and didn't hear from the court for 364 days then a summons showed up for court. Limitations would have run out after 1 year. sometimes they just like to mess with you.

Somtimes you get lucky

For me a cop first day on the job gave a traffic warrent to my wife to give to a neibour out back who wasn't home ,, your sposed to serve them in person we soon found out .

So whats the armed officer do when he knocks our back door later that night confronted with a huge pile of dope on the table 3 feet in front of him... asks for the warrent back and leaves ...

Of course when he tells his partner who was to lazy to walk up our steep drive ..
all hell breaks loose a few minutes later ,,,, but sometimes that blink of an eye is all you need to gather the little luck your blessed with and and hurdle the back railong with every bit of trouble you can lay your hands on and hope for the best.

8 detectives , dogs. 10 uniform, no one looked in the long grass out back

some locals had 5 plants the size of custom van seized by police this past season- later came back for the rest with farmer and mowed down 27 more....easily 100 lb harvest and they never sat on plants or even tried to bust anybody??? but did have helicopters in entire southern half of county for like last 3 weeks of grow season- i personnally havent heard of any other crops /cops stories in area though ??????? AND when farmer found original 5 they had to gety an expert called in -they thought it/they might be hemp-so huge!!!!!!!

only possession charges thank god...my buddy got hit with intent to sale but he was only 17 and he paid a lawyer to expunge it. i beat a graffiti case in court once which felt good....younger dumber days.

Not sure how it works in the UK...but here in cali, the DA looks at it, and if there are things that he/she doesn't feel will hold up in Court...they don't file Charges--
Couple of years ago, they didn't file Charges on our 700+ plant grow, because of a discrepancy in the Search Warrant--

I have been raided by copters and escaped numerous times. They only want the plants.
One time me and my bro were out in the yard, it was sunny as hell and warm. We had the front door to the cabin open and the music cranked up so we could plant fig trees in the yard. Out back we had a nice green house with 40 or so plants and an indoor room with 2 400 MH for vegging moms n clones. We had it going on for Hawaii.
We even had buds drying hung and other pounds stashed in the house. Well, here comes GREEN Harvest. Doing the death spirals and the second copter had a guy on a rope. They flew right into the yard and started hovering the guy on a rope right over the greenhouse. Needless to say we split. The one copter even let loose with the bullhorn " Hawaii police, FREEZE don't move. We see you, stay where you are" We ran as fast as we could straight thru the bush into the Neighbors yard and kept running out into the bush.
The one copter landed the guy on a rope in our back yard. The other copter came looking for us. We had dug down into the ferns and was tunneling out into the bush. We had removed our shirts and was rubbing mud all over each other hiddin 3 ft down under ferns and bushes into the jungle,lol. We kept tunneling while this copter did circles over the property. Then the other copter joined in and we noticed that the guy was dangling off a rope as they hovered just over the trees.God was I scared, we just kept tunneling and rubbing mud on ourselves as these 2 copters did circles over our heads for about an hour.At one point the guy on the rope was dangling 50 ft over our heads, directly over top of us, yet they never saw us. The guy would signal to go left or go right, we were right there,lol Then they left.
We eventually went back home and surveyed the damage.
The guy landed in our backyard and went for the greenhouse. The door was kicked in and all our plants were gone. Hacked off just inches from the soil by a machete.They even sliced up the greenhouse so bad it was unusable. kicked both doors of the frame and tried to hack the pvc hoops, but they failed. They even dropped a couple branches with buds on em,lol Then he kicked out the back door and was lifted off out back. We saw the bundle of plants go up the rope while we were hiding from the copters. They were smoking cigarettes while doing this cause we found butts, at least 10, neither one of us smoke. Greenhouse stunk like B.O. and cigarettes. Just nasty.
They never went into the house,never saw the mother room. They also never saw all the drying herb hanging either . Just stole the plants. They never came back. Not a word. Nothing.
We replanted the next day with the clones in the house and pulled harvest after harvest outa that greenhouse.

i used to do work on leo cars, had a heart attack when i looked out and seen leo in my backyard taking a piss, he got a big smile and said wtf are these plants? i went down to my shop and tried to pretend nothin happened, he said" you know i gotta pull them right?"
i tried to talk him out of it but he already told his partner, i pretended i was helping bag them up, but instead i was throwing colas in a pricker bush, he was like "cmon man" i was like no you cmon doushe, then i pulled out a camera and said hey look, click, got a nice pic somewhere, i know he kept them, fucker, but at least i didnt get wrote up

They let you go man? how many plants was it?/or how much puff!(is it known to happen, but not very often)
standard procedure in the UK is, arrest & interview, then they give a a bail date(if applicible), usually a few days to a week later, in that time the Pigs/CPS decide what charges to bring against you, you answer the bail by going to the Pigs station at the given time & date, & then recieve your formal charges. A court date is usually given when you answer bail to recieve your formal charges.

If the offence is more serious, on arrest you can get instant remand into custody.

If the offence warrants a warning, they usually let you go, with a warning &or a spot fine(£80), or you can get a formal caution.

Sounds like the evidence was lost. Did you get arrested & interviewed.? Did you answer bail? something dont add up mate, but looks like your in the clear.

The Pigs could still be investigating, but this looks unlikely from the little info you have given.

Ive been busted a few times ever mate & served time myself!
