hash making

just got done with a harvest and kept all my trimmings so i caould make some hash with them. wanted to now a good way to make hash, perferably a easy way. i've made coldwater hash in a mason jar befor works pretty good and somewhat easy. would also liked to know how to make it into little bricks. i've only had it in powder form.
