This Harvey Weinstein fella seems to be all over the news these days, his exploits as a VERY influential producer in Hollywood are ringing the bells of the news services around the world and is it any wonder?

Ever since the inception of Hollywood, way back in the silent movie era I am sure this Sexual Favors for Movie Roles business has been going on, and most all of us must have been aware of it.

After all the two words - Casting Couch are synonymous with the practice, and everyone must be aware of that by now after well over 100 years or so....eh?

I myself encountered something similar along these lines waaay back in the mid-1980's when I was a young hunky fella in Hong Kong with hardly two pennies to rub together, and was looking into getting some roles in martial arts/action films that were being made back then, just to pay the rent on a little studio apartment I had on Kimberly road in Tsim-Sha-Tsui Kowloon.

In 1985 I met Madelaina Chan, otherwise known as 'The Dragon Lady' who must have been at least twice my age at the time....She was the boss of a casting agency called 'Faces', and after I had got made a photo composite card of myself and a sort of CV, I was introduced to her during an appointment, and had a sort of casting couch experience which led to me getting a few film roles.

It amazes me that people seem to be so shocked by all this where Weinstein is concerned. Its not as if I agree with what he has done to some of these now seasoned starlets, because I would never condone this sort of behaviour that is considered morally wrong or offensive....It just doesn't surprise me!

So what do you lot think about all of this hoo-haa about Harvey Weinstein?

You see the headlines and you think...yeah, well duh..then you hear that recording and it puts the whole thing into perspective. The guy has a sickness for sure...but this whole thing will be forgotten in Hollywood soon enough. Then...in a decade or so he will get an Academy Award...just like that pedophile Polanski....or Woody Allen.

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley...minutes from Hollywood. I have friends and family in show business and the stories I have heard...boy oh boy. Harvey's buddy Ben Affleck is a real tool. A buddy was a grip on Dare Devil and had a new story every week. Total piece of poop that guy

The thing about this that gets me is how influential Harvey is...not only in Hollywood but the Democratic party. The Obama's consider him a very close family friend, so much so they let their daughter intern for him. The Clinton's are even closer. Of course, after almost a week, they have come out against him...as if some of his closest friends had no idea...well it's looking like everybody knew about this guy. 30 Rock poking fun...Seth MacFarlane reassuring Oscar winners were now safe from him (during the award show I might add).

While I enjoy watching the left eating itself...I am sad for all the victims.

So now I hear they are removing his credits from everything he was a part of. I hate it when people think they can just whitewash everything and it will go away...statues for example....it is called The History of Now. All that matters is right now...forget about history. Stalin was great at this.

Oh yeah....Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, thats a blast from the past. I remember watching 'I Love Lucy' in my youth.

The Harv donated over a million bucks to the dems, and his influential tendrils were all over the place, even in the UK film industry. TMZ is reporting that Harvey Weinstein got into an emotional argument with his daughter this morning, and she ended up calling the police because she thought he had become suicidal.

According to law enforcement, Weinstein was at his 22-year-old daughter Remy‘s place when their argument spilled out onto the street. We’re told Harvey yelled to her, “You’re making it worse” … and then flagged down a random vehicle driving past, begging for a ride.

We’re told Remy convinced her father to go back in the house, and shortly thereafter — around 10:30 AM — LAPD and her alarm company showed up.

Law enforcement sources confirm officers responded to a call from Remy, who said her father was “suicidal and depressed.” When they arrived … Harvey had already left the home.

I know that I have never harassed a woman , now, I am not that handsome or anything , but have been sexually harassed by women around my age , and being weak I always succumbed to their advances . Humans , being animals are sexual beings , the prime directive is to survive , reproduce , and raise our offspring . That is it , with this genetic embedment , it is sort of natural ,( more so for some) to try to reproduce or have sex . Humans are still very primitive , just look at the world today , How many humans are killed by other humans every day directly or by neglect . We think we are civilized , this is an illusion , so we project this sense expected normalcy , but when it comes down to it look at the horrors of war . I am not saying that their are not sexual deviants , but it part of our primitive instincts combined with some sort of imbalance (chemical , neurological , etc ) , humans are just animals with clothes .

When you consider all the movies Weinstein produced and had complete control over to choose the main actors/actresses. It's not beyond reason to draw the conclusion that the only way these actresses and even actors gained their roles was by having to indulge in a 'bit of strange' with ol'e Harv judging by how many of his victims have come forward already to report that he raped, groped and propositioned them in some way or other, and insisted on having sex with them if they ever wanted to get that part in a movie...

Makes you wonder what the full complement of 'VICTIMS' names will reveal when the dust finally settles upon this. How many famous names will admit to giving Harv a quick blowie or a hand-shandy for a step up the ladder of international cinematic fame and fortune?

All these preachy lefty Hollyweird varmints being exposed for the enablers and predators that they are.

There is also a strong undercurrent of pedophilia in Hollywood.
Plenty of stories out there about what happened to a lot of child actors.
Perhaps this will give some of them the courage to come out and expose even more Hollywood degenerates.
