Harvest when soil is dry or damp/wet?

So the ladies are ready to be cut and I was wondering if I had to wait until the pots got bone dry before cutting.been doing some reading and a few growers said it didn't matter, only that it would add like a day or two to the drying process.while a day or two might not be bad considering we need a steady cure instead of rushed one is it necessary to wait or can I just cut them.others said they harvested wet,dry and in between and they couldn't tell any difference.last and final flush was 5 days ago.soil is still damp

I like to harvest a day or two after watering so it will be a slower drying curing period if the plants are somewhat hydrated. If you do this you want to have humidity 40-50 RH no more or you'll risk mold.I would opt for a faster dry if you cant keep those conditions

I prefer to not water for 4 to 5 days before harvest. It speeds the drying process
of the harvested plants while cutting the risk on any possible mold infections.

It also cuts down on water weight.

We are all different so just do what you feel is best.

I also harvest while plants are fairly hydrated. With my small setup, i get the best drying results like that :)
