Hard Pots made for Air Pruning

Hi everyone :tiphat:, I have always used fabric pots....mostly the name brand "smart pots" with no complaints other than they are a pain to wash and reuse for me. Really not a fan of throwing them in the washer.

Someone had a link to some really nice looking hard plastic pots made specifically for air pruning and I didn't write it down.

Anyone have some opinions bad or good on some of the containers out there? Rootmaker is one I ran across.

Thanks in advance!

I have used both airpots and hercules pots. Both work well....each have pros and cons.

As a coco grower that uses 2 gallon.....found fabric pots were basically throw away after each use.

i found the 7.5L hercules fit right in the outer buckets for ebb&flow systems or at least the multiflow ones anyways.

I think i use the 1/2Gal and the 7.5L. Pulled an average of 12 out of the 7.5L in coco last round.

Airpots are stout & reuseable nearly forever. They're excellent in the size w/ the orange bottom for seedlings. Up-potting from them is a breeze in soil. Take out the plastic screw & unwrap the pot. This was a male, ~15" tall-

They're also hard to find locally & ridiculously expensive unless you can snag a deal like I did at Acme Hydroponics in Longmont.

I flower in 5 gal fabric root pouches, never wash 'em- just refill.
