This is apparently how the feds have decided to deal with a large dispensary. Typically business' do not have their expenses taxed, and are able to deduct them from their earnings before paying taxes. Not the case for dispensaries according to the federal Gov.

Even though an old story Oct 2011, It seems now no matter who you are and how much you are trying to comply with the State law..the Feds are going to come after you. They need to eliminate this threat to the income in thier back pockets via the Drug companies lobbying.

It's sad to think of all the patients that will suffer from this travisty. There's a lot of sick people Harborside was helping. If they were cheating on thier taxes at least treat them fairly as you would any other business. The Doobster walks off scratching his head..can't believe what I'm seeing this regime doing. DD
