Hanging a carbon scrubber

Ok, so I've got a slight problem and I am not very experienced with woodworking and the like, so I'd like to get some opinions..

I have an 8x8 room built out of 2x4s, there are two beams across the top that I am hanging lights and fan from. Right beam has two reflectors, left beam has one reflector and an 8" Vortex.

I have a Can50 I want to attach to the intake but I mistakenly laid the beams flat instead of on the side and it just doesn't feel like it will support the extra weight, it is slightly bent already.

What do I do? I cant really take the beams off since there is a crop under right now and it would be impossible. Add a vertical beam for support? Just hang it and hope it doesn't break? Also, whats the best way to hang this thing, some kind of rubber strap is what I was thinking..

Sorry these are the best pics I have right now since the lights are off, I will take another one from inside and post it tonight. Thanks for the help.

put a vertical 2x4 on top the horizontal one. attach with lots of screws. put another horizontal on top of that and add lots more screws. should be fine after that.

First if your other beams are bent form the weight they have on them, I would add some more support. Don't want that hot light falling and starting a fire.
I use zipties for hanging my filters, very large ones. They work great and are cheap. I added a board for mine, just make sure it is buckled down real good. No sense in having support for all your equipment if it doesn't "support" it, so accept no less.
