Those who have a xbox360 should know that the halo 3 multiplayer beta starts tonite. I'm not sure if any of you guys got in, but if anyone wants to play I'm down. I'm thinking an IC clan should be in the works once the game comes out.

I'm friends with several people I met on IC, it's not too much of a concern. I don't think cops are going to be going to Microsoft to get info on people that play XBL. If you're worried about it, oh well.

There's a few threads about xbox live already, but on this subject... I'm pissed. I've got crackdown and I was looking forward to playing Halo 3 today, but it's still not working for people with crackdown. Oh well, should be better tomorrow.

The servers that send out the download are swamped. They are being raped of their bandwidth. Bungie said on their site that it will take a while. Im at 1 hour 45 minutes and have 51% complete. My download speed here is 960k currently. Thats fast for residental.

thats actually kinda slow, my speed is 15-Mbps (15000k) down and 5-Mbps (5000k) up (and yes im in a house not a business).

I've been downloading for a few hours now, at 85%. It's going slow, but that'll happen when a few hundred thousand people are all downloading a 1 gig file at the same time.
