..because some old women neigboors started complaining about the incredible strong smell...

Well, thats it, my waitress called me to say that some ppl were nocking at the door desesperately yelling "open the door" we are sanity inspectors searching the source of a strong odour coming from your apartment.

well, I only have 2 wappas on small conteiners that grew "monster" for a less than 3 old month plant, like a meter tall single colas.

So because I have a family I had to wait till the "sanity guys" went away so I can enter the apartment, dispatch the waitress and well, move the 2 wappas to other room and close it and then chopp them because after thinking on taking them to another friend's place, well I decided to chop them.

One was ready at 7 weeks the other monster one needed 1 or 2 weeks more. well I guess security is more important.

now no more oudor and gonna cross fingers they wont came back.

thanks man.

I had them in a small window that faced to the sunset sun, sunlight of just 4 hours a day.

This window is full time open, where should I place the carbon filters? curious I have never use those things.

You need more control over the air flow if you want to make them work. I like to cut a circular hole in the ceiling and have ducting with a powerful fan and an inline carbon filter exhaust into the attic. I keep the windows closed, so any air entering the room comes through the AC vent or from under the door. No air leaves the room except through the fan and filter.

In the past I've used an inline ozone generator after the carbon filter when the exhaust goes outside the house. This might be overkill. A big enough carbon filter is enough to handle my size gardens (1000 watts over 25 square feet).

thats perfect. I would need to seal the room, and make a ducting to outside the apartment somewhere. thx

Erliqin, you might consider a grow tent also. They are very convenient and the portability is nice. Good Luck!
