Was doing an organic grow but the plants where growing so fast they started to yellow so went a head and bought now advanced 2 part ph perfect . It was added to my 8.0 ph right out the tap and with in 1 min the ph was @ 5.9 ...... is 5.9 too low for a soil grow?

Not sure about your last question cuz i don't use AN products .
but , why not up the PH to 6.5 or so where ya need it ... by adding protekt or some type silica to bring the PH up & the silica has benefits the plants love like thicker stems , resistance to critters & mold .
3 to 5ml per gallon of protekt will probably bring it right in range where ya need it .

its wont adjust its stays right at 5.9 .. i have tried to use ph up and it stays right at 5.9....

I called advanced and asked and they said as long as i use a base soil with dolomite lime in it ill be fine and the soil will buff .... Im going to go a head and try it as im over 120km form the closes place to buy nutes ..

Advanced PH perfect line is not meant to bring the PH to where it needs to be, but to make the nutrients available over a wider range of PH. It allows the plant to uptake even at PH level that normally would inhibit that. I suggest doing a bit more research on the product to find out how it works and how to properly use it.
