hi,
maybe this is of some use, i found these on the net...
not for root rot, but id start with these directions before goin stronger

PEST SPRAY:
20ml's of 99% ISO alcohol and
30ml's of 30% hydrogen peroxide and
soap into 1 liter of water.
kills most bugs.

here some1 else says

one part 3% h2o2 to
five parts water
for fungus gnats
A foliar spray made of one third 3% H202 (from the drug store) to 2/3 water will dissolve any PM it is sprayed on.
________

i have tryed the 1 part 3% to 5 water... it killed some plants & scorched the others... way to strong, id say more like
one part 3% h2o2 to
ten parts water
to prevent PM i use silica in my foliar sprays

peace

29% h202 -- 3ml per gallon -- i have used up to 7ml per gallon on the first use to really hit the root rot hard; it works pretty damn good.

edit: wear gloves if you spill it on your skin you will get weird white burn spots that last about 15 minutes;they are not a big deal but its unpleasant; and dont splash it in your eye when your pouring it! lol peace...
