h20 and ppm= better quality bud?

Growing outdoors, using roots 707 grow mix. Plants have been outside in 5 and 7gal smart pots for 2 weeks, looking very healthy. My first watering at transplanting used ph adjusted water and Liquid Karma for transplant shock(they didn't miss a beat), but used tap water at 450ppm(adjusted ph 6.5 including the LK). They will need water towards the end of this week(the 707 maintains moisture well, maybe to well). I will use Flora Nova at 400ppm for a total ppm of 850 for the first nute feed. I've been told to use water from my house RO which is about 30ppm and the plants would do better as I ramp up the Flora ppm over the veg. period. How important is it to use RO water as the base for my feedings: will the end product be superior quality by using RO and keeping the ppm lower from the start?

Question 2:

I will be transplanting a final time into 30gal smart pots. The 707 holds moisture so well I"m concerned I won't be able to water/feed them enough without keeping them too wet. Should I add something to the 707 to reduce the moisture holding aspect, therefore allowing more frequent water/nute feed cycles?

Question 3:

Should I add worm castings to the 707(either way, without changing the 707 or with the change)?

Thanks in advance for any knowledgeable advice.

Note that tap water has elements plants require that nutrient manufacturers leave out of their formulas because they expect you to add them with tap water. Calcium and Magnesium esp. If you go RO, keep an eye out for deficiencies in these areas which can be remedied with Cal-Mag.

Question 1: Meh. I think that the ppm matters more than where the water comes from. Just saying.

Question 2: Can't you add a rocky layer to the bottom of your pots for drainage or cut holes in the bottoms of the pots, then put those pots on a drainage board or something else which will allow the water to drain from the holes?

Question 3: Not really a big fan. But if it works for you, I say go for it.
