H&G Cocos A+B - Proper Ratio?

So, the NPK of H&G Cocos A+B is:

A - 4-0-3
B - 1-3-7

Or 5-3-10 (roughly).

Now, it seems like I need less N and more PK in flowering.

So, should I go against their feeding chart (which says to use equal amounts throughout the entire grow) and use more B than A?

Or should I just use a PK booster instead? If so, which one?
