Uhm...no. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure if they aren't allowed in changing rooms and bathrooms they wouldn't be allowed in a locker room, which is pretty much the combination of the aforementioned rooms.

and later find out about will get you rich...if there's cameras in your locker room I highly suggest bringing in a 35mm of your own and snapping pictures of all the cameras. Then go to a lawyer and tell them you want to bring a civil suit against the gym, if it's a chain you'll be seeing BIG bucks (most likely will want to settle out of court).

I'm not a fan of the little man suing the big man for every little thing, but this is something that anyone should find offensive and the public has the right to hear about it (and you have the right to be compensated for it).

Then if you read this sign " video camera in use" then they can put a camera anywhere they want for sercurity icluding the bathroom as long as it is not "Public use" So member only adult gyms are being filmed... And yes I did install many locker room and bathroom cameras at a few clubs to prevent drug deals...

Getting paid to install electronics and being a narc are a bit different...I have cameras on my business property and I will call the cops (if they don't scram after I go out)if I see a drug deal going on. Companies don't need that kinda shit on their property, in fact you stand to lose a lot because of some teen selling a slice on your land.
