i am at 50degrees north.
als it is well mold resistant? i often have rainy fall season.

High fisher!

Our Guerrilla is a Leshoto x Nepalese kathmandu sativa hybrid. It's highland sativa with robust columnar structure and relative fast flowering. It's quite cold and raind resistant. We have finished her at 43-45ºN without any problem.

It's not our most powerful strain but it's very nice sativa for colder outdoor conditions.

Bangi Haze is also rain and cold resistant, being the high more euphoric and powerful than Guerrilla.

Thanks for the interest! dubi

Hey Dubi, just wondering if the Nepalese kathmandu sativa hybrid used in the Guerilla, the same male used in the Bangi Haze?
And while we're at it, is the Bangi Haze mom the same in the Congo?
Thanks!

Hello Highlighter,

There are different genetics in each hybrid.

Guerrilla is a highland compact and fast flowering Leshoto IBL stabilized here in Spain by Cannabiogen, crossed with a tall, medium-long flowering wild Nepalese from Kathmandu Valleys.

Bangi Haze is a Congo #3 (long flowering, most powerful electric congolese sativa we have found) crossed with a compact fast flowering nepalese highland (different to the tall delicate wild nepalese kathmandu phenotype), and then inbred for 6 generations to stabilize the electric euphoric congolese high and the robust compact fast flowering nepalese highland traits.

Our Congo is a 3 way hybrid. The mother is Bangi Congo, a rare congolese variety with smaller size and faster flowering than other sativas from similar latitudes. It's not so strong like Congo #3, so we combined the Bangi Congo with Congo #3/Pakistan Chitral F3 line. The result is a combination of 2 great congolese strains with a hint of indica to add thicker stems and denser flowers.

I hope it helps! Thanks for the interest! dubi

Thanks for the detailed response, always appreciated.

I just don't get calling it Bangi Haze, when 'the' Bangi isn't used.

Well, It maybe sounds a little bit confusing. Bangi is also a generic term used here in Spain to talk about Congolese sativas. Haze is many times used to describe sativa dominant plant with incense aromas.

Bangi Haze is a stabilized sativa hybrid joining the strong congolese high and the incense nepalese undertones. That's why the breeder decided to call her 'Bangi Haze'. It's not something i decided.

Good luck with your Congo! Please, keep us updated! dubi

Good day ker2noir!

It's good to see you are also growing Guerrilla! Thank you very much for trust in our work!

Pure nepalese kathmandu are very tall, thin and delicate sativas so Guerilla was bred towards the robust and strong Leshoto structure. Leaf traits and colour could vary a little between plants, but they usually grow strong and robust with medium internode lenght like you are posting. There are some rarer taller nepalese sativa expressions which are not very frequent.

Thanks for share your pics! dubi

Your guerrilla plants are looking very promising ker2noir! :yummy:

Wild nepalese kathmandu used in the hybrid is very lanky and delicate. Guerrilla grows a little bit tall but structure is strong and robust thanks to leshoto influence. Your flower pic show the delicate and elegant nepalese kathmandu pistils.

How are the aromas at this moment of the flowering? Like sweet strawberries (nepalese kathmandu aromas) or more floral (leshoto)?

You are doing a great job! Thanks for posting! dubi

Hi dubi, the first female finish in 8w1/2. I have the two other with the two different aromas. I will update next week, not ready. Resin production is outstanding with this delicate variety.....
Ciao

Good sunday ker2noir!

Im glad to see you have found a fast flowering and resinous guerrilla female :yummy: A pure sativa finishing in 8.5 weeks is very interesting, did you also save clones from this one for outdoor growing? The 'long' flowering guerrillas usually take 10 weeks to finish, rarely more. Im curious to hear your opinions about the differents aromas!

Thanks a lot for your weekend updates ker2noir! They are becoming a classic here! Your new congo harvest looks also excellent! Please, post some Tikal pics when you have some time ;) Have fun! dubi

Yes dubi, i save clone but not for outdoor. I have the pheno above, which is very resinous but more sativa. The buds are bigger but also more fluffy. The smell is powerfull, something fruity (cheery, grape flavour....).The pic is 9 weeks, and in the next few days, i think i will search my scissor.
I have one outdoor.
Now is time for outdoor, where everything could happen, also....weekend updates....... i hope :)

Good afternoon ker2noir!

Your are doing a fantastic work cultivating Guerrilla and other ace strains.

You have a very interesting sativa expression there finishing in 10 weeks. I love the look of your foxtail resinous flowers. Wild mountain berry aromas are more related to the wild nepalese kathmandu, she smells like sweet strawberries, slighty grapy. Leshoto is spicier and floral.

Thanks a lot for share your growing experiences. Enjoy the harvest! :) dubi

Ker2noir,
Very nice work man! I plan on purchasing this strain for my outdoor grow next year. Just wondering if you've got any more outdoor pics or dried bud shots? Also, how does it smoke? Looks awesome man, keep it up!
