5# Pale Extract Syrup
1# Roasted Barley
1# Flaked Barley
1/2# Crystal 120L
1oz. Challenger 60 mins.
Irish Ale Yeast Wyeast 1086

Steep Grains 2 gallons of water at 150* F for 30 mins and remove, add malt extract & hops and boil for one hour.
Cool as quick as possible add enough water to the fermenter to make 5 gallons of wort. Pitch yeast and ferment to completion.
When fermentation is complete add 3/4 cup desolved in 1 1/2 cups warm water and add to bottling bucket and siphon beer onto the sugar water.
Next siphon beer into bottles and cap.
Beer should be carbonated and ready to drink in 2 weeks after bottling.
