guerrilla outdoor "rain over watered plants"

Hey guys one of my plots has a high water table as is which has always helped me not have to water much but this year we are getting constant rains as well and the plants here are stalled and stressed... Any ideas on how to help the girls?

Plot is about 50 ssh, early skunk, super skunk, purple train wreck, thc bomb. ssh is the most pissed off. Just looking for any tips/tricks admendments ect...

Dutchmaster zone which is copper sulphate. Or you could test the soil and water in copper sulphate depending on how much you need. There are probably other fungicides that work. Nothing else you can do but maybe make a lighter mix next year and make sure coppers ammended. Since youre guerilla a pvc hoop house is a bad idea unfortunately.
