So I can't see a Grunge & Alternative thread.

So who's a fan and what are your favourite bands and songs? Just to list a few mine would be Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Tool, Rage against the machine and Deftones.

great style!...i like a lot of Alternative bands such as Dinosaur Jr, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, Nirvana, ... tons of shoegaze and grunge.... specially the ones that knew how to keep the PSYCH sound going on.

Paddi , that or Mother Love Bone . But yeah , Soundgarden , Alice in Chains ( I saw them at tha clash of tha Titans tour at tha Cow Palace in San Fran. bout 20 yrs ago . They were tha opening act , no one even knew who tha fuck they were, lol) Nirvana , yeah Dinosour Jr. they rock . No doubt there's many more

I wouldn't call Tool Grunge or Alt. but damn theyre a fuggin' hard soundin band .
