Growroom infested! =(

Hi. I'm growing some strains (12 total) for the first time. I was about to switch to flowering, but i realized i had almost all plants with a lot of whiteish spots and some holes in the topmost leaves. I have them infested with something,i don't know what yet. I can see a really tiny white filament moving in a leaf, and if i shake the leaf with a white paper sheet below i can see some tiny black stuff falling in the paper. Can you help me identify the pest and tell me how to get rid of it?

I think you might have spider mites....have you seen any little webs, especially towards the lights?

no, no webs at all nor tiny black dots walking around, just a white and another brown filament barely visible moving. i already applied some water mixed with garlic powder and some biokill spray, but i don't think it will be enough, specially if there is anything hiding in the soil.

i can't see the bug clearly enough to compare to photos, only its effects on the leaves. i think they might be thrips

They smell and are pernicious but buy hot shot no pest strips and hang 2 of em in your grow room for time directed.

I will do that. Meanwhile a lot of leaves started developing a lot of orange spots, really weird. What's going on with my plants?! :S I added the photos to the gallery
