there is some kind of tiny spiders on my plants, and my plant's leaves has like white spots on them are they normal? if not I need some advice of how get rid of them.

Look up on spider-mites.
They are a very common issue with mj growers and a bitch to get rid off.

The organic way is neem oil if I recall correctly, but they might be alternative.

Anyhow, check if they seem like what your having.
