Growing in Rockwhool

Wen my clones hav rooted is it time to put em in soil? First time running whool.

I have always planted them in soil when roots are evident from the cube,plant them cubes and all and keep them under flourescents for at least 5-7 more days with the tops just 1/4 inch under the lamps.
