Growing in N. Ohio, How many weeks of flowering do I have?

Kind of a simple question here. I am growing in Northern Ohio and am currently looking through strains to purchase. All strains have a flowering time in their description from ex. 6-12 weeks...

So my question is with my location in Northern Ohio. What is my flowering range in weeks that I should be looking for when purchasing seeds??
