Growing in coco - potting up question

Hey guys I was thinking about growing in coco
Coir because I read plants grow better in Coco
Than Soil.

So what size of pot's for starting and what size
Final pot.

I only have 400watts metal halide for veg
& 400 watt hps for flower.

I was thinking 0.5lt to start then 3ltr then 8lt for final.

Final pot for me is 10 litres from a 3 litre, half litre to start is fine. I am going to drop to 7.5 litre pots to run a few different strains with smaller plants. I usually just do 2 plants under a 600w but they are vegged for 7 weeks so they're quite a big plant. Will have six plants when I use 7.5 litre pots but only veg for maybe 4 weeks and 3 days in final pot.
