Growbox reflectivity

Hello everyone..

i did some research about grow reflectivity and i saw that many growers recoment to paint flat white the box/room and it is not so necessary to buy a mylar..

so i am going to use the painting method , but i have a question , my growboox is wooden and it is already white , it is the wood white its a bit shiny.I have to paint it again white because i need the mat white or its ok to leave it as it is..

stupid questiong but i dont want to set up everytthing and then take them of to paint it and rebuild it..

flat white will reflect light, gloss white absorbs light.

thank you my friend while i was painting i notice lines from the brush and the painting it is ok
or i must do it with the roller?

id use a roller, but they do make an additive you mix in the paint to eliminate brush lines.
