Grow tent selection help

Hello I am looking for some confirmation on some info i read previously with the advice that purchasing a less quality tent(even with light leaks) for the veg process is not a big deal and a high quality grow tent would be more ideal for flowering.
Also if equipment quality is flexible based on process what would items(fans, lights, etc) generally be needed in each process(veg, flowering) to be high quality.
I would appreciate some expertise on this topic as i am new to tent growing.

I have been growing in tents for 10 years now. I have tried alot of diffrent products and the cheap stuff has always let me down. Having quality equipment provides piece of mind. Cheaper products will work but you may be replacing things more often. I guess if you really had too a cheaper tent will get you by if you have a dark room to put the tent in. The cheaper the tent the weaker the poles as well. I don't cut corners with my grows, you get what you pay for. I have done cheap tents before and will never make that mistake again. Same goes with the equipment fans, lights, etc. Cheap fans dont preform well in long runs of duct and almost always run less then the rated cfm. The way I look at it is you are god and your creating a new world for these ladies. I want the best for the inhabitants on my planet. This is a labor if love, you get out what you put in.

Watch out for cheap ebay brands. Some claim to hold a lot of weight but buckles under 20 lbs. Do google searches and watch youtube reviews.

Look for tents with metal corners, I heard that then plastic corners break and the lights falling on the plants.

I have a ebay tent pay ~$90 for 4x2 (mine has metal corners) and I am happy with it.
