grow tent questions

Hey guys,quick questions about tents.Ive been growing for yesrs,but this will be my first tent so what do I need to stay away from so im not wasting dollars?Im looking for about a [email protected] be running a single 1000 watt

Gorilla makes a good tent, the heavy duty one not the lite version. I really like the height extensions, 8ft is alot better than 7.

Really depends on the location of your tent. If it's in a room that can be kept totally dark during lights out, a cheap tent will work fine. But if it's in a room that has other shit going on, a more expensive "light tight' tent will be worth it's cost.

You say 1000 watt, but what about your reflector?
Is it sealed? will you be using a carbon filter?
Also like above, 8 feet would be better than 7.

I have a Sun Hut Fortress 245 I use as an "overflow" room if my veg/flower rooms are to full. Its 5'8"x5'8"x7'3". I have a Magnum xxxl hood in there (1000w for flower, 600w for veg), 6" fan, carbon filter, and a dehumidifier. The tent is plenty heavy for my use. No light leaks. Easy access from all sides, tons of vent ports etc. Very happy with it.

Well finally got a place to setup.So a buddy hooked me up with 2 tents a dm120&dm300.Using the smaller one,so I got the raptor xxl 8inch&lumatek mh/hps 1000watt,but has the dimmer upto 120%.So ibaron just got going few days ago seedlings looking grrat,about to transplant tomorrow.Seedlings are SFV OG&got a kanfy kush clone thats jamming.I do have a blueberry clone that has problems(root)im guessing it looks like its under watered.First I thought it was my humidity,cuz it was so low 10%.Went next day &got 2humidifiers&got it to 40-50% but still looks rough.not giving up yet!
