Grow room size

So I'm ready to start my next grow and was thinking of doing 2 600watts stacked or a 600 and 1000 watt stacked. I wanna grow 6 plants so I was thinking a 6x6 room. I always hear how much better 600's are than 1000's concerning electricity and heat. What's the ideal room size?
