grow room doors/light trap help

I need to make a front/back exit on my grow room..I dont really feel like putting up a real door. I was thinking about just using plastic and zipper/velcro or a piece of foam panel board with velcro and making the light trap from a big cardboard box or a light proof through wall vent wall cap. I dont really feel like forcing the intake actively.
